Submission Guidelines

Abstracts should not exceed 1,000 words, including tables, figures, and references. 

Important dates :

- Deadline for abstract submission: 1 June 2025  

Deadline extended to 15 June 2025

- Notification of acceptance: 10 July 2025  

- Workshop dates: 18–19 September 2025, Paris

Abstracts can be submitted via the conference site at:

This conference will be held in hybrid mode, allowing participants to present their papers either in person or remotely. We are looking forward to receiving contributions from colleagues both near and far.
